Geertjan Tillmans
Geertjan Tillmans is a freelance illustrator and animator.
He is the author of the complete artwork for the Gallo-Roman museum in Tongeren (Belgium). He also illustrates children's books by publishing house Davidsfonds/infodok and Averbode (Belgium). He's a gifted animator and recently begot Kabouter Wesley for production house Woestijnvis. He also makes animations for Ketnet, the Belgian children's television channel.
Geertjan observes reality and breaks it down into its basic, geometric shapes. Strong and bright colors accompanied by clear lines are distinctive qualities of his graphic design.
